Document Express: This is an envelope service - no packages. Delivered to your Mexico destination within 2-4 business days after receipt in Laredo, Tx. Courier Packs have a two pound limit. Express service is a fast way to transfer documents, catalogs, books, newspapers, photos, etc., and CDs, DVDs, frames, games, software, memory cards, memory sticks, nominal gifts, etc., and seals, gaskets, grommets, small parts and components, etc. to family members in Mexico and for office to office quick business service. Not for consumer goods. No insurance available, shipping cost reimbursed only in event of loss.
Package Shipments: Go here to send packages. Delivery is 2-3 weeks after arrival in Laredo, Tx. Priced per pound, includes all applicable border fees; maximum weight 150lb.
Courtesy insurance up to $100USD value; additional insurance available at 5% of value; 20% deductible. Best to keep all purchase receipts.
HOW THE STANDARD SERVICE WORKS:
Bring items prepared for shipment to an Estafeta office; they will arrange appropriate documentation and will have packing material available for a small charge as needed. If no Estafeta office is nearby, ship direct to our

Have complete Mexico shipping address with phone number and a complete street delivery address. For destinations in ranchos and remote locations, you can ship to the closest Mexican shipping office for customer pick up but you must have a good phone number for the recipient - shipments are not accepted without a phone number.
